• Understand that fitness data accuracy depends on third-party sources (e.g., connected services or devices)

RunCut may integrate with third-party services such as Strava. We are not responsible for:

• The availability or accuracy of third-party data
• Any issues caused by third-party services Your use of such services is subject to their own terms and policies.

5. No Warranty

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
• Outputs (including videos or data overlays) will be accurate or reliable

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RunCut shall not be liable for:

• Data loss or corruption
• Inaccurate fitness data or visualizations
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App

7. Intellectual Property

All rights in the App, including its design, features, and code, are owned by RunCut. You retain ownership of your own content (e.g., videos, photos), but you are responsible for how you use and share it.

We may suspend or terminate access to the App at any time without notice, including if these Terms are violated.
